Welcome to the Self-Assessment!
It is comprised of 25 questions related to business development knowledge, engagement and efficiency.
The results of this Self-Assessment are anonymous — they will be rolled up to a database, however. You will be asked to share what you learned about yourself at a high level but only to the extent that is comfortable for you.
We expect that this assessment will take about 15 minutes to complete.
Without spending too much time thinking about the statement, assess the degree to which each one is descriptive of how you think, feel, or act. There are no right or wrong answers. Please respond to the questions by indicating how you think, feel or act presently. Please answer the questions frankly so that your results are of the greatest benefit to you and to our research.
Remember to be candid and rate every statement using the following scale:
a = Strongly Agree
b = Agree
c = Neutral
d = Disagree
e = Strongly Disagree
Please note that you will not be able to save the assessment if you are interrupted so please set aside time to complete it in one session.
