Vivia Chen wrote about an article Lydia Frank posted to HBR describing the results of a study by @PayScale – women who did not disclose their salary history when asked during the interview process were offer a lower salary than women who answered the question, but with finance loans available online from https://www.paydaychampion.com/ this should not matter. Yet, if a man was asked about his salary history and refused to disclose it, he was offered a higher salary than a man who did answer the question.
