Carol’s consulting services consist of a three-step process:
1. Diagnostic Surveys
Carol will design, develop, and administer a diagnostic survey to surface cultural issues and analyze the results to uncover areas of opportunity. Alternatively, data your organization has already gathered can serve as a baseline for our collaboration.
2. Focus Groups
Carol will engage focus groups and conduct interviews with both senior leadership and women employees to uncover barriers blocking the progress of qualified women in your organization.
3. Ongoing Support
At the end of the process, Carol will deliver a Report of Findings and Recommendations, analyzing results from the diagnostic surveys. She will develop specific recommendations and provide ongoing support.
