“Hi Carol, I wanted to share a success story with you. When I sat in on your workshop I took notes thinking that the ideas might be useful for my daughter who works for a large company. This past June when I was visiting her, I took your suggestions and my notes from the workshop. It turns out that she was coming up for a promotion and negotiating a raise that was long overdue. She used our mapped out a game plan using the process you outlined and used it to get the promotion and a raise – but she was not happy with the raise. She then used the strategy to go back to management and to negotiate what she felt she was worth.
